Explore rugged Port Davey’s wild, untamed beauty. Optional grade‑3 hikes to Mount Beattie or Mount Milner reveal panoramic views of Bathurst Harbour and coastal landscapes. Weathered forests, mossy valleys, and tea-hued waterways await your discovery.
Enjoy a shoreline walk at Fluted Cape on Bruny Island. Navigate a scenic loop trail across coastal cliffs, bordered by forest and grasslands, and keep an eye out for the endemic Bennett’s Wallaby as you soak up the expansive ocean views.
Walk among geological masterpieces. Scale Cape Hauy’s stair-laden trail with ocean cliff views or stroll Canoe Bay to Bivouac Bay, beachcombing against a backdrop of turquoise sea and towering dolerite formations.
Discover Wineglass Bay via several walk choices. The full Hazards Loop around granite peaks, the easier Isthmus Trail, or a brisk climb to the lookout above Wineglass Bay, each offering scenic coastal immersion within Tasmania’s pink granite peninsula.
Step ashore Maria Island’s natural sanctuary, home to wombats, wallabies, Cape Barren geese and endemic birds. Opt for the challenging Bishop & Clerk summit for sweeping views, or the gentle Fossil Cliffs or Painted Cliffs loops, rich in wildlife and ruin‑strewn landscapes.
