Tasmania’s untouched coastline reveals Port Davey’s dramatic fjords, Freycinet’s pristine beaches, Maria Island’s history, and Australia’s most remote wilderness.

Board Coral Discoverer in Hobart and toast the adventure ahead with sparkling wine and canapés as we depart the harbour. Relax on deck with upbeat tunes, meet your fellow travellers, or take in the city skyline as Tasmania’s spectacular coastline unfolds.
Spend the day exploring Bruny Island. Choose from guided hikes to Fluted Cape or Grass Point, self‑guided beach walks, or try kayaking and paddleboarding in sheltered bays. As evening falls, enjoy a Tasmanian small‑plates dinner before stargazing on deck.
Step ashore on Maria Island, where wombats roam freely. Explore Fossil Cliffs, follow the Reservoir Circuit, and discover Darlington’s convict past. Cool off with a swimbefore returning for a relaxed sunset BBQ on the Sun Deck.
Wake up surrounded by Freycinet’s iconic pink granite peaks. Walk to Wineglass Bay lookout or along Isthmus Track, swim in turquoise bays, and enjoy sunset cruising past seal colonies before a dinner celebrating Tasmanian local produce.
Enter the remote wilderness of Port Davey and Bathurst Harbour, a marine reserve within a World Heritage area. Spend up to two days hiking rugged landscapes, kayaking wild waters, exploring in Xplorer tenders, and watching for elusive species such as the orange-bellied parrot.
Drift into the D’entrecasteaux Channel, Tasmania’s food and wine heart. Savor fresh produce and craft spirits with a local producer. Visit the Wooden Boat Centre at the quaint township of Franklin, on the banks of the Huon River, and discover coastal trails at Recherche Bay or the Labillardiere Peninsula.
Step into Australia’s convict past at UNESCO-listed Port Arthur. Guided walks unveil 30+ buildings, ruins and restored heritage homes across the grounds. Stories of hardship and resilience await through compelling narratives from experienced guides.
Cruise dramatic sea cliffs at Cape Raoul and Cape Pillar. Hike parts of the Tasman Trail, and watch for fur seals, albatross and playful dolphins.
Our Tasmania adventure concludes in Hobart this morning as we bid farewell to new-found friends, the Master and crew, disembarking at 8:00am. A complimentary transfer is provided to CBD hotels, or the airport is included.
